History
James J. Ilijevich began his practice in March of 2007 after serving as a Deputy Public Defender for the Fredericksburg area office. Since beginning his practice, James has defended cases ranging from Rape, Murder, Domestic Violence, Civil Commitments as well as Larcenies and serving the area youth as a Guardian Ad Litem.
In March of 2008, Robin N. Tarabochia joined the firm from the Fredericksburg Public Defender office. Robin additionally has defended cases ranging from Rape, Murder, Domestic Violence, Civil Commitments as well as Larcenies and serving the area youth as a Guardian Ad Litem.

Ilijevich and Tarabochia have served a very wide, diverse clientel, ranging in individuals with criminal charges, children in need of a Guardian ad Litem, Family Law, divorce, and custody matters.
Though our practice is based out of the Fredericksburg area, we have served clients as far as Virginia Beach, Charlotsville, and Northern Virginia.
